Chocolate Brownies

These chocolate brownies are delicious, chewy and so easy to make. I make them in one pot on the stove! You're going to love them.



Pre-heat oven to 350 F

Grease a 9" cake tin and line with parchment paper


Ingredients:


1 Cup Butter

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Brown Sugar

3/4 Cup Good quality Cocoa

3 Eggs

2 Teaspoons Vanilla

1 Cup unbleached flour

2 Small Tablespoons of baking powder


Method:


In a medium-sized, non-stick saucepan, heat the butter on medium-low until melted Add the sugars and cocoa and blend

Remove from heat

Add eggs, one at a time, whisking until blended

Add Vanilla, mix until blended

Sift together the flour and baking powder and fold into mixture until blended

Pour into lined cake tin

Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes, or until you see a little crack at the top of the brownies and your cake tester comes out clean


Cool and cut into squares. Dust with icing sugar for a festive look.
